Heart Rate Training

At our front desk we offer free heart rate monitors for your spin ride in order to track your Heart Rate and Calories. All you need to do is download the Wahoo Fitness appScreen Shot 2018-07-12 at 2.15.22 PM on your phone and we will be happy to help you get started! (Please arrive 15-20 min early if you plan on using our monitors) 🙂
